Sludge solidification treatment method
The invention relates to a sludge solidification treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, calcining expanded perlite with the particle size of 1.18-2.36 mm at the temperature of 800-1250 DEG C; s2, uniformly mixing the calcined expanded perlite with to-be-cured sludge, and sealing and braising for 22-26 hours, so that part of water in the sludge fully enters a microporous structure of the expanded perlite; s3, stirring and mixing a curing agent with the mixture of the expanded perlite and the sludge to obtain a mixture; S4, pouring the mixture into a mold on a vibration table in a layered manner, and fully vibrating until all bubbles are discharged; s5, the mold is sealed with a preservative film and then placed in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity curing box, curing is conducted for 24 h, and then demolding is conducted; and S6, continuously sealing and curing the demolded mixture in a constant-temperature and constant-humidity curing box until a preset age is reached. The lightweight aggregate effect of the expanded perlite is fully utilized, the volcanic ash activity of the expanded perlite is exerted, the long-term strength of the solidified sludge can be remarkably improved, and efficient utilization of the sludge can be achieved.
本发明涉及一种淤泥固化处理方法,包括以下步骤:S1将粒径为1.18mm‑2.36mm的膨胀珍珠岩在800℃‑1250℃条件下煅烧;S2将煅烧后的膨胀珍珠岩与待固化的淤泥混合均匀后,密封焖料22h‑26h,以使淤泥的部分水分充分进入到膨胀珍珠岩微孔结构中;S3将固化剂与膨胀珍珠岩和淤泥混合物搅拌混合,得到混合料:S4将所述混合料分层倒入振动台上的模具中,充分振动至排出全部气泡;S5将模具用保鲜膜密封后放置于恒温恒湿养护箱中,养护24h后脱模;S6将脱模后的混合料继续密封养护于恒温恒湿养护箱中至预定的龄期。本发明充分利用膨胀珍珠岩的轻骨料作用,发挥其火山灰活性,能显著提升固化淤泥的长期强度,能够实现淤泥的高效利用。
