The invention provides a sludge curing method which comprises the following steps: weighing cement, gypsum and dry soil, crushing the gypsum and the dry soil into powder, uniformly mixing to prepare a mixture of the gypsum and the dry soil, and preparing the cement into cement slurry; adding the cement slurry into the sludge to be cured, stirring at a low speed, and uniformly mixing; adding a mixture of gypsum and dry soil into the sludge to be solidified, and uniformly stirring and mixing; and carrying out in-situ maintenance until sludge solidification is completed. According to the invention, the sludge is cured by selecting an environment-friendly material, and the curing agent has very strong water absorption and economical efficiency, can ensure no secondary pollution to the environment, is relatively low in cost and relatively high in strength after curing, and can meet engineering requirements.
本发明提供了一种污泥固化方法,包括以下步骤:称取水泥、石膏、干土,将石膏和干土打碎成粉末,并混合均匀,制成石膏和干土的混合料,将水泥制成水泥浆料;将水泥浆料加入待固化的污泥中,进行低速搅拌,混合均匀;再向待固化的污泥中加入石膏和干土的混合物,搅拌混合均匀;进行原位养护,等待污泥固化完成。本发明通过选择环保型材料进行污泥固化,并且固化剂具有很强的吸水性和经济性,能够保证不对环境造成二次污染,而且成本较低,固化后强度较高,能够满足工程需要。
