The invention provides a preparation method of a strontium feldspar combined silicon carbide diesel particle filter, which comprises the following operation steps: (1) uniformly mixing and stirring silicon carbide micro-powder, aluminum oxide, strontium carbonate, silicon dioxide and a binder to prepare a uniform mixture with close packing; (2) adding the uniform mixture into a kneading machine, continuously adding water and an additive into the kneading machine, and performing kneading treatment to obtain pug; (3) refining the pug into pug sections, and slicing the pug sections; (4) extrudingthe pug section with the skin into a green body with a honeycomb structure, and then carrying out microwave treatment and drying to obtain a green body; and (5) cutting the dried green body to a fixed height, and sintering to obtain the strontium feldspar combined silicon carbide diesel particle filter. The novel binder is combined with the silicon carbide particles, so that the preparation costis low, the temperature resistance is high, the oxidation resistance is good, the sintering process is simple, and the problems of high cost and low production efficiency are fundamentally solved.
本发明提供了一种锶长石结合碳化硅质柴油颗粒过滤器的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将碳化硅微粉、氧化铝、碳酸锶、二氧化硅、粘结剂混合搅拌均匀后,制得具有紧密堆积的均匀混合物;(2)将均匀混合物加入至捏合机中,继续向其中加入水和添加剂,进行捏合处理后得到泥料;(3)将泥料练制泥段,再将泥段进行切片处理;(4)将泥段带外皮挤出蜂窝状结构的生坯,然后进行微波、烘干,得到坯体;(5)烘干后的坯体切割成固定高度后进行烧结后,得到锶长石结合碳化硅质柴油颗粒过滤器。本发明使用新型粘结剂结合碳化硅颗粒,制作成本低,耐温高,抗氧化性好,烧结工艺简单,在根本上解决了成本高和生产效率低下的问题。
