The invention belongs to the technical field of diesel particulate filters, and particularly relates to a silicon combined silicon carbide diesel particulate filter and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting required raw materials, preparing the selected raw materials into mud sections, obtaining a green body in an extrusion forming manner, then carrying out microwave drying, and cutting the dried green body into a single square base body; (2) the single square base body is subjected to a hole punching and plugging process, and a green body is formed; (3) the green body is sequentially subjected to fine degreasing sintering, protective atmosphere sintering and oxidation sintering, and a cooked blank is obtained; and (4) splicing the cooked blanks into a cuboid shape in a bonding manner, and carrying out post-treatment, so as to obtain the finished product. The problems that an existing silicon carbide diesel particulate filter is not prone to firing, high in manufacturing cost, prone to cracking and poor in micropore connectivity are solved, and the production cost of the silicon carbide diesel particulate filter is remarkably reduced.
本发明属于柴油颗粒过滤器技术领域，具体涉及一种硅结合碳化硅质柴油颗粒过滤器及其制备方法。该方法包括以下步骤：1)选取所需原料并制备成泥段，并通过挤压成型的方式，得到生坯，然后进行微波烘干，再将烘干后的坯体切割成型为单条方形基体；2)将单条方形基体进行打堵孔工艺，形成生坯；3)将生坯依次进行精脱脂烧结、保护气氛烧结和氧化烧结，得到熟坯；4)将该熟坯通过粘接的方式，拼装为长方体形状，并经过后处理，制得。本发明解决了目前碳化硅质柴油颗粒过滤器不易烧成，制作成本高、容易开裂、微孔连通性差的问题，显著降低了碳化硅质柴油颗粒过滤器生产成本。
