The overall construction process is reasonable in design, the construction time can be shortened, the construction difficulty is low, meanwhile, and a manufactured diaphragm wall is high in structural strength and good in bearing effect; the environment at the position wherea foundation pit needs to be excavated is detected, vertical sedimentation and horizontal displacement of the surrounding environment are detected when the foundation pit is excavated, and the deformation volume of the surrounding environment is monitored and calculated, so the construction efficiency is improved; and a guide wall is of an integral reinforced concrete structure, the thickness of the guide wall is 20cm, the concrete strength grade is C25, the strength of reinforcing steel bars in the guide wall is C12, and the structural strength is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于钢格栅的建筑地下连续墙施工工艺,包括以下步骤:基坑开挖、导墙浇筑、连续墙开挖、泥浆护壁、基槽清理、制作钢筋笼、钢筋笼吊放、槽段接头处理、混凝土灌注和循环以上步骤对下段墙槽进行施工;本发明整体施工工艺设计合理,能够减小施工时间,施工难度较低,同时所制造出来的连续墙结构强度较高,承重效果好,通过对需要开挖基坑位置处的环境进行检测,开挖基坑时,对周边环境的垂直沉降和水平位移进行检测,对周边环境变形量进行监测和计算,保证施工时的安全性,导墙采用整体式钢筋混凝土结构,导墙壁厚20cm,混凝土强度等级为C25,导墙内部钢筋强度为C12,保证结构强度。
