The invention relates to a water conservancy construction pile head treatment method. According to the method, water conservancy construction pile head treatment equipment comprises a sleeve, a mounting frame, a telescopic air cylinder, a crushing device and annular cutting devices, wherein the mounting frame is arranged at the upper end of the sleeve, the telescopic air cylinder is mounted in themiddle of the lower end face of the mounting frame through an air cylinder base, the crushing device is fixedly connected to the lower end of the telescopic air cylinder, and the annular cutting devices are mounted on the outer side wall of the sleeve. The method can solves the problems that when an existing construction pile head works in a virtual pile chiseling mode, a, pneumatic pick knockingdismantling method is adopted, vibration is small, concrete blocks dismantled each time only have the size of cobblestones, time and labor are consumed, and consequently the crushing efficiency is low; and b, a breaking hammer is adopted for breaking, although the breaking efficiency is high, the internal structure of the reserved part of the pile head can be possibly damaged due to too large breaking force, and certain potential safety hazards are caused to later use.
本发明涉及一种水利施工桩头处理方法,包括套管、安装架、伸缩气缸、破碎装置和环切装置,所述的套管的上端设置有安装架,安装架的下端面中部通过气缸底座安装有伸缩气缸,伸缩气缸的下端固定连接有破碎装置,套管的的外侧壁上安装有环切装置。本发明可以解决现有的施工桩头采用虚桩凿碎的方式进行作业时可能会存在的以下问题:a.采用风镐敲击拆除的方法,振动较小,每次拆除的混凝土块仅鹅卵石大小,耗时耗力,导致破碎效率较低;b.采用破碎锤打击进行破碎,虽然破碎效率较高,但因打击力过大,可能会对桩头保留部分的内部结构造成破坏,给日后的使用造成了一定的安全隐患。
