Anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrite, and discloses an anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding polyvinyl alcohol water to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol dilute solution, wherein the ratio of polyvinyl alcohol in the polyvinyl alcohol dilute solution is 0.1-2 wt%; (2)adding ferrite magnetic powder into the polyvinyl alcohol dilute solution, stirring and mixing to obtain slurry, wherein the mass ratio of the ferrite magnetic powder to the polyvinyl alcohol dilute solution in the slurry is 3: (1.2-3); (3) drying the slurry at a low temperature of 70-80 DEG C, crushing after drying, adding a lubricant, stirring and dispersing to obtain anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite powder; and (4) placing the anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite powder in a magnetic field, and carrying out dry pressing molding, sintering and grinding to obtain the anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite. The anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite product prepared by the preparation method is excellent in molding effect and magnetic comprehensive performance.
本发明属于永磁铁氧体技术领域,公开了一种异性永磁铁氧体及其制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)将聚乙烯醇加入到水中,获得聚乙烯醇稀溶液,所述聚乙烯醇稀溶液中聚乙烯醇所占比例为0.1‑2wt%;(2)将铁氧体磁粉加入至聚乙烯醇稀溶液中,搅拌进行混合,得到浆料;所述浆料中铁氧体磁粉与聚乙烯醇稀溶液的质量用量比为3:(1.2‑3);(3)将所述浆料以70‑80℃进行低温烘干,烘干后进行粉碎,再加入润滑剂,搅拌进行分散,得到异性永磁铁氧体粉体;(4)将所述异性永磁铁氧体粉体置于磁场中,干压成型,烧结,磨削,制得异性永磁铁氧体。采用所述制备方法制得的异性永磁铁氧体产品的成型效果和磁综合性能优良。
