The invention discloses grabbing and lifting equipment for a room ceiling plate. The grabbing and lifting equipment comprises a base; a power supporting column is fixedly mounted at the upper side ofthe right portion of the base; a mounting block is fixedly mounted on the upper portion of the power supporting column; the rear side of the mounting block is rotationally connected with the upper portion of a lifting rod; a transmission block is fixedly mounted at the front side of the lower end of the lifting rod; the rear side of the left portion of the transmission block is rotationally connected with the lower end of a swing rod; and a driven rotating block is rotationally mounted at the front side of the upper end of the swing rod. The grabbing and lifting equipment for the room ceilingplate can be used for suspended ceiling installation during indoor decoration, the suspended ceiling plates to be installed are stacked in the equipment in order in use, then the equipment is moved toa position below an installation position, after the equipment is started, the swing rod rotates to enable a grabbing mechanism to make contact with the suspended ceiling plates, then the grabbing mechanism is connected with the suspended ceiling plates by changing air pressure in sn adsorption cavity, and then the lifting rod rotates to drive the swing rod to rotate to lift the suspended ceilingplates upwards, so that workers can install the suspended ceiling plates conveniently.
