Antibacterial cement mortar as well as preparation and application methods thereof
The invention relates to antibacterial cement mortar as well as a preparation method and an application method thereof. The antibacterial cement mortar is prepared from the following raw materials inparts by weight: 9.5-14 parts of cement, 0.5-1 part of metakaolin, 25-48 parts of quartz sand, 0.01-0.03 part of an antibacterial agent and 5-9 parts of deionized water. According to the invention, different nano photocatalytic materials are selected and mixed as an antibacterial main material to ensure the stability of the antibacterial effect; the antibacterial agent is respectively attached tothe surface of quartz sand, dispersed in cement and deionized water, and then mixed to prepare the antibacterial cement mortar, thereby reducing the nonuniform dispersion and material loss caused by doping in a single mode, ensuring the dispersity of the antibacterial agent in the cement mortar and the exposure number of reaction active sites, and achieving the goal of effectively resisting bacteria.
本发明涉及一种抗菌水泥砂浆及其制备和应用方法,所述抗菌水泥砂浆按重量份的原料配比为:水泥9.5~14份、偏高岭土0.5~1份、石英砂25~48份、抗菌剂0.01~0.03份、去离子水5~9份;本发明选用不同的纳米光催化材料混合作为抗菌主料用于保证抗菌效果的稳定;将抗菌剂分别附着在石英砂表面、分散在水泥和去离子水中,再将三者混合的方式,用于制备抗菌水泥砂浆,减少因单一方式掺入导致的分散不均匀和材料损耗,同时保证抗菌剂在水泥砂浆中的分散性和反应活性位点的暴露数量,达到有效抗菌的目的。
