Tool type support for replacing support in foundation pit trough
The invention relates to a tool type support for replacing a support in a foundation pit trough. The tool type support is mainly used for adjusting a supporting point of a foundation pit enclosure structure in an underground structure construction stage to realize safe and ordered transfer and redistribution of stress of the enclosure structure. The tool type support comprises a short section support, an anchor bolt, a fixing nut, dowel bars, limiting nuts, force control nuts, a force bearing plate, a flexible protection pad and a sensor, wherein, a short section supporting main body is a rolled section steel or steel structure weldment with an open structure, and end plates are arranged at the two ends of the short section supporting main body; one end of the short section support abuts against the vertical enclosure structure, and the other end of the short section support abuts against a basement structure through the dowel bars and the force bearing plate; one ends of the dowel bars are fixed to the end plates of the short section support through the limiting nuts and the force control bolts, and the other ends of the dowel bars are anchored to the force bearing plate; the flexible protection pad is arranged on the outer side of the force bearing plate and used for protecting a waterproof structure of a basement; and the sensor is arranged on the short section support and used for monitoring prestress application of the force control bolts and the axial force condition of the short section support after support replacement is completed.
本发明涉及一种用于基坑肥槽内换撑的工具式支撑，主要用于地下结构施工阶段，调整基坑围护结构的支撑点，实现围护结构应力安全有序的转移和再分配。工具式支撑包括短节支撑、锚栓、固定螺母、传力杆、限位螺母、控力螺母、承力板、柔性护垫、传感器。短节支撑主体为具备敞开式结构的轧制型钢或钢结构焊接件，其两端设有端头板。短节支撑一端支顶于竖向围护结构，一端通过传力杆和承力板支顶于地下室结构。传力杆一端采用限位螺母、控力螺栓固定于短节支撑的端头板，一端锚固于承力板。承力板外侧为柔性护垫，用于保护地下室的防水结构。短节支撑上设有传感器，用于监测控力螺栓的预应力施加及换撑完成后短节支撑的轴力情况。
