The working well foundation pit inverted support-free support changing device is characterized in that an enclosure structure of a working well mainly comprises a vertical underground diaphragm wall, a horizontal concrete support and a horizontal steel support; after the foundation pit is excavated, when construction of a main body structure is started, all supports and surrounding purlin structures of the supports need to be dismantled from bottom to top in sequence; by means of the supporting optimization design method, the strength requirements of the foundation pit excavation stage, the main body structure construction supporting removal stage and the shield well use stage are considered, the positions of the concrete supports and the surrounding purlins are optimally designed, the fourth concrete support and the surrounding purlins of the fourth concrete support are reserved in the later supporting removal process, and the remaining supports are sequentially removed from bottom to top; the main body middle plate and the ring frame beam structure also serve as a main body structure; according to the method, through the optimal design of the foundation pit support, the position of the concrete support-enclosing purlin is optimized, and the temporary support is optimized into a permanent support structure, so that the construction material is saved, the construction procedure is simplified, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced.
