The invention discloses a novel prefabricated slab and beam slab connecting structure and a construction method. The novel prefabricated slab and beam slab connecting structure comprises a one-way novel prefabricated slab and a two-way novel prefabricated slab, wherein stiffening plates of the one-way novel prefabricated slab are perpendicularly fixed to transverse embedded steel plates at certainintervals; vertical distribution steel bars are perpendicularly fixed to the transverse embedded steel plates; transverse stress steel bars and the transverse embedded steel plates are distributed inparallel at certain intervals; fasteners are fixed to the left sides and the right sides of the transverse embedded steel plates; vertical embedded steel plates of the two-way novel prefabricated slab are perpendicularly fixed to the transverse embedded steel plates; transverse stress steel bars are perpendicularly fixed to the vertical embedded steel plates at certain intervals; the fasteners are fixed to the peripheries of the vertical embedded steel plates; and the one-way novel prefabricated slab and the two-way novel prefabricated slab each comprise beam embedded parts corresponding to the fasteners one to one and are fixedly connected through L-shaped bolts and S-shaped bolts. Compared with a cast-in-place integral beam slab connecting joint, the problems that the joint area is large in reinforcement amount, complex in structure, difficult to install and pour, too long in construction period and the like are avoided.
本发明公开了一种新型预制板及梁板连接结构与施工方法,包括单向新型预制板和双向新型预制板两种形式;单向新型预制板的劲板以一定间距垂直固定在横向预埋钢板上,竖向分布钢筋垂直固定于横向预埋钢板,横向受力钢筋与横向预埋钢板以一定间距平行分布,扣件固定于横向预埋钢板左右两侧,双向新型预制板的竖向预埋钢板垂直固定在横向预埋钢板上,横向受力钢筋以一定间距垂直固定于竖向预埋钢板上,扣件固定于竖向预埋钢板四周,单向新型预制板和双向新型预制板均包括与扣件一一对应的梁中预埋件,通过L型插销S型插销固定连接。本发明与现浇整体式梁板连接节点相比,避免了节点区域配筋量大、构造复杂,安装浇筑困难、工期过长等问题。
