The invention discloses a pretreatment method of ardealite for gypsum plaster board production, which comprises the following treatment steps: washing treatment: washing the ardealite with warm water,rinsing the ardealite in a slurrying tank, stirring the ardealite with a tool to disperse the ardealite, standing for precipitation, and then using a water pump for pumping away water on the surface.When the ardealite is neutralized, a mode of combining lime with low-concentration sulfuric acid is adopted to achieve an effect of modifying the ardealite, and the effect of neutralizing and modifying the ardealite can be achieved by only adding the lime for primary reaction and then continuously adding the low-concentration sulfuric acid, so that the effect of neutralizing and modifying the ardealite can be achieved by combining the lime with the low-concentration sulfuric acid. According to the method, the phosphorus, fluorine and other harmful substances contained in the ardealite can bewell removed, impurities such as phosphorus, fluorine and green substances in the ardealite are removed in a screening mode in the follow-up process, and the pretreatment method is easy and convenientto operate and high in practicability.
