The invention provides a method and a system for manufacturing a gypsum plaster board from ardealite. The method comprises a pretreatment process, a stir-frying process, a mixing and proportioning process and a plate making process, wherein the pretreatment process comprises the following steps: pretreating a phosphogypsum raw material through a grading purification step, a washing step, a wet screening step and an aging and airing step to obtain a purified phosphogypsum raw material; the stir-frying process comprises the following steps: calcining, scattering, ball-milling and cooling the ardealite raw material to obtain ardealite clinker; the mixing and burdening process comprises the following steps: adding the dry material composition and the wet material composition into ardealite clinker, and mixing and stirring to obtain ardealite slurry; the plate manufacturing process comprises a forming step, a drying step and a packaging step. According to the method and the system, the cost of the gypsum plaster board is reduced while a large amount of ardealite waste is consumed, and the economic benefit is enhanced.
