The invention provides copper tailing powder post-tensioned prestressed pipe grouting agent. The grouting agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.6-2.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.3 part of a plastic expansion component, 40-60 parts of a middle and later stage expansion component, 30-50 parts of copper tailing powder, 0.1-0.3 part of a defoaming agent and 0.5-1 part of a retarding component. The middle and later stage expansion component is composed of a UEA expanding agent and 42.5 fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement; and the specific surface areaof the copper tailing powder is 750-850m<2>/kg. The copper tailing powder post-tensioned prestressed pipeline grouting agent provided by the invention not only provides a way for promoting resource utilization of wastes, but also has ideal grouting agent working performance and mechanical properties.
本发明提供一种铜尾矿粉后张预应力管道压浆,由下述重量份原料制备而成:减水剂1.6~2.2份、塑性膨胀组分0.1‑0.3份、中后期膨胀组分40‑60份、铜尾矿粉30‑50份、消泡剂0.1‑0.3份、缓凝组分0.5‑1份;所述的中后期膨胀组分由UEA膨胀剂和42.5快硬硫铝酸盐水泥组成;所述的铜尾矿粉比表面积为750‑850m2/kg。本发明的铜尾矿粉后张预应力管道压浆剂不仅提供了促进废弃物的资源化利用途径,还具有理想的压浆剂工作性能和力学性能。
