The invention provides drum steel slag concrete, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 224 parts of cement, 75 parts of fly ash, 75 parts of mineral powder, 231-738 parts of yellow sand, 693-1108 parts of gravels, 2-924 parts of drum steel slag, 155 parts of water and 2.89 parts of a water reducing agent. The method for determining the mix proportion of the drum steel slag concrete comprises the following steps: determining an aggregate replacement rate according to different requirements; determining the mass parts of drum steel slag; determining the mass parts of the yellow sand; determining the mass parts of the gravels; and determining the mass parts of other components. According to the invention, drum steel slag is turned into wealth, so that consumption of natural gravel is reduced, and damage to the natural environment is reduced; environmental pollution caused by stacking of drum steel slag is reduced, and precious land resources are saved; and the cost can be saved when the device is used near a drum steel slag producing area.
