Novel fully-assembled reinforced concrete shear wall and manufacturing method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of assembled concrete structure engineering, and provides a novel full-assembled reinforced concrete shear wall and a manufacturing method thereof. In the technical scheme, stirrups, longitudinal bars and horizontally-distributed bars are densely distributed within a certain height range of the connecting ends of upper layer prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls, and embedded reinforcing steel plates are arranged on the two sides of the end of the upper layer prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall; steel pipes are welded on the inner sides of the reinforcing steel plates as reserved bolt ducts; U-shaped connecting parts are arranged at the tops of lower-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls, and the upper-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls are inserted into the U-shaped connecting parts in an aligned mode; through bolts penetrate through reserved bolt holes and steel pipe hole channels in wing plates of the connecting parts; and the upper-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls and the lower-layer prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls are connected after the bolts are screwed and fixed. Compared with the prior art, the novel full-assembled reinforced concrete shear wall and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages of simplicity and convenience in construction, high assembly efficiency, low cost, uniform joint stress and the like.
本发明属于装配式混凝土结构工程技术领域,提供了一种新型全装配式钢筋混凝土剪力墙及其制作方法,本技术方案中,上层预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙在连接端部一定高度范围内箍筋、纵筋及水平分布筋加密,端部两侧设有内嵌加强钢板,加强钢板内侧焊接钢管作为预留螺栓孔道;下层预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙顶部设置U型连接件,上层预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙对位插入U型连接件中,对穿螺栓穿入连接件翼板上预留螺栓孔及钢管孔道,将螺栓拧紧固定后实现上层与下层预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙的连接。与现有技术相比,本发明具有施工简便、装配效率高、成本低、接缝受力均匀等优点。
