The composite vegetable protein foaming agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight, 10-20 parts of vegetable protein, 20-25 parts of a surfactant, 0.5-2 part of a foam stabilizer, 5-15 parts of an enhancer, 5-10 parts of a diluent and 45-70 parts of water, wherein the vegetable protein is prepared from tea saponin and cocoanut fatty acid diethanolamide in a weight ratio of 1:(1-3). The obtained composite vegetable protein foaming agent is small in bleeding rate and settling distance and completely meets the requirements of the foam concrete industry standard, and the prepared foam concrete is high in compressive strength.
