The contents of the anionic surfactant, the mixture of the coconut oil and the rosin liquid, the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, the xanthan gum and the cane sugar are respectively 0.5%-1.0%, 0.5%-0.8%, 0.04%-0.1%, 0.3%-1.0% and 0.3%-1.0% of the water; in the mixture of the coconut oil and the rosin liquid, the mass ratio of the coconut oil to the rosin liquid is 3: 2, the solid content of the coconut oil is 35%-45%, and the mass concentration of the rosin liquid is 55%-70%. The problems that an existing composite foaming agent is complex in composition, complex in preparation process, high in cost and poor in foam stability are solved.
