The invention relates to a preparation method of a porous ceramic material, in particular to a preparation method of an alumina-based porous ceramic material, which comprises the following steps: preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 35-50% of aluminum oxide powder, 2-6% of binder and 0.5-2% of sintering aid, wherein the content of the pore-forming agent is 42-65%, the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%, the binder is phenolic resin, the sintering aid is CaO and ZrO2, and the pore-forming agent is ultrafine polymethyl methacrylate powder; and carrying out ball milling and mixing, pressing the mixture into a blank, and sintering and cooling the blank to obtain the alumina-based porous ceramic material. By adopting a proper preparation process, the alumina-based porous ceramic material is low in sintering temperature, simple in process and low in cost, and also has high porosity and good toughness.
本发明涉及一种多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法,尤其是涉及一种氧化铝基多孔陶瓷材料的制备方法,按重量百分比计,包括如下步骤:准备原料:按质量百分比计,所述原料中,氧化铝粉体的含量为35‑50%,粘结剂的含量为2‑6%,助烧剂的含量为0.5‑2%,造孔剂的含量为42‑65%,上述各组分的质量百分比之和为100%,其中,粘结剂为酚醛树脂,助烧剂为CaO及ZrO2,造孔剂为超细聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉;球磨混料,压制成毛坯,烧结后冷却,得到氧化铝基多孔陶瓷材料。采用合适的制备工艺,得到的氧化铝基多孔陶瓷材料其烧结温度低,工艺简单、成本低,还具有的高孔隙率,强韧性好。
