The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting graphite powder into an ethanol water solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, filtering, and drying to obtain graphite powder with a clean surface; adding aluminum isopropoxide into ethanol, uniformly stirring, then adding graphite powder, carrying out low-temperature microwave reaction, filtering, and drying to obtain coated graphite powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding acrylamide into a diethyl ether-ethanol mixed solution, uniformly stirring, adding aluminum isopropoxide, dropwise adding distilled water step by step, and stirring until no distilled water is generated, so as to obtain primary slurry; concentrating the primary slurry, adding water for dilution, then adding an initiator and a catalyst, adding coated graphite powder, and carrying out a constant-temperature reaction to form prefabricated gel; and putting the gel into a mold, slowly heating, carrying out heat preservation treatment, cooling, demolding, and sintering to obtain the porous alumina ceramic suction cup. According to the preparation method, a homogeneous liquid film structure is formed on the surface of the graphite powder by utilizing the dissolving solution and the coating property of aluminum isopropoxide, so that the strength of the aluminum oxide ceramic suction cup is improved.
本发明公开了多孔氧化铝陶瓷吸盘的制备方法,包括:将石墨粉放入乙醇水溶液中超声处理,过滤后烘干得到表面洁净的石墨粉;将异丙醇铝加入至乙醇中搅拌均匀,然后将石墨粉加入并低温微波反应,过滤后烘干得到镀膜石墨粉;将丙烯酰胺加入至乙醚乙醇混合液中搅拌均匀,再将异丙醇铝加入,然后逐步滴加蒸馏水并搅拌直至不再产生蒸馏水,得到初步浆料;将初步浆料浓缩后加水稀释,然后加入引发剂和催化剂,加入镀膜石墨粉并恒温反应形成预制凝胶;将凝胶放入至模具中缓慢加热并保温处理,经冷却脱模后烧结处理,得到多孔氧化铝陶瓷吸盘。本发明利用异丙醇铝自身的溶解液与涂覆性,在石墨粉表面形成均质的液膜结构,提高氧化铝陶瓷吸盘的强度。
