Alumina porous ceramic substrate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of an alumina porous ceramic substrate, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and ball-milling alumina powder, a ball-milling solvent, a ball-milling medium, starch and a dispersing agent to obtain first mixed slurry; (2) adding a binder into the first mixed slurry, and continuing ball milling to obtain second mixed slurry; (3) defoaming and aging the second mixed slurry to obtain third mixed slurry; (4) carrying out tape casting on the third mixed slurry to obtain a green body; (5) static pressing of green bodies; and (6) calcining the green body after static pressing to obtain the alumina porous ceramic substrate. The method does not use toxic reagents, is environment-friendly, is short in preparation process, is simple and controllable, and is convenient for large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种氧化铝多孔陶瓷基板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将氧化铝粉、球磨溶剂、球磨介质、淀粉、分散剂混合球磨,得到第一混合浆料;(2)在第一混合浆料中加入粘结剂,继续球磨,得到第二混合浆料;(3)对第二混合浆料进行脱泡和陈腐处理,得到第三混合浆料;(4)对第三混合浆料进行流延成型,得到生坯;(5)静压生坯;(6)煅烧静压后的生坯,得到氧化铝多孔陶瓷基板。本发明不使用毒性试剂,对环境友好,制备方法流程较短,简单可控,便于大规模化生产。
