According to the construction method of the recycled pavement base material, the raw materials of the recycled pavement base material are mixed and paved, the asphalt surface layer milling material and the pavement base layer milling material are utilized to a greater extent, parameters such as the structural strength of a final pavement base layer can meet the design requirements, and the recycled pavement base material is an energy-saving and environment-friendly material in the true sense.
