The invention relates to fiber-toughened anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam, a preparation method and a construction method. The fiber-toughened anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of aggregate, 3.0-5.0 parts of cement and 3.5-5.5 parts of water; and the volume mixing amount of fibers is 0.05-0.18 part. The invention provides the fiber-toughened anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam as well as the preparation method and the construction method thereof. The self-made fibers are added into cement stabilized macadam to form a reinforced cement stabilized macadam material, so that the ultimate tensile strain in the material is enhanced, the generation of cracks in the material is prevented or delayed, the crack resistance of the material is improved, and the service life of a road is prolonged.
本发明涉及一种纤维增韧抗裂型水泥稳定碎石、制备方法和施工方法,按重量份数计包括如下各组分,集料100份、水泥3.0‑5.0份、水3.5‑5.5份;纤维体积掺量0.05‑0.18份。本发明提出的纤维增韧抗裂型水泥稳定碎石及其制备和施工方法。通过在水泥稳定碎石中添加自制的纤维,形成加筋体水泥稳定碎石材料,增强材料内部的极限拉应变,阻止或延缓材料内部裂缝的产生,提高材料的抗裂性能,延长道路的使用寿命。
