The invention discloses fiber-toughened anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 to 6 parts of cement, 50 to 70 parts of graded macadam, 5 to 15 parts of fine aggregate, 1 to 5 parts of basalt fiber, 1 to 5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fiber with the length of 6 to 12mm, 1 to 5 parts of dispersing agent and 5 to 8 parts of water. Based on the same inventive concept, the invention further provides a preparation method of the fiber-toughened anti-cracking cement stabilized macadam. In addition, the invention also provides a construction process of the fiber-toughened anti-crack cement stabilized macadam. In addition, the invention also provides application of the fiber-toughened anti-crack cement stabilized macadam as a base layer or a subbase layer in asphalt pavement construction.
