Quick-setting inorganic anchoring material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of anchoring materials, and discloses a quick-setting inorganic anchoring material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-80 parts of overburnt magnesium oxide, 15-40 parts of phosphate, 2-12 parts of retarder, 1-5 parts of shrinkage reducing agent, 0-200 parts of sand, 0-12 parts of latex powder, 5-30 parts of mineral admixture, 0-4 parts of fiber and 10-25 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the quick-setting inorganic anchoring material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the raw materials; S2, mixing and dry-stirring other raw materials except water to obtain dry powder; and S3, mixing and stirring the dry powder and water to obtain the product. The quick-setting inorganic anchoring material has good fire resistance and durability, and can avoid safety accidents caused by aging or fire failure of an anchoring structure; meanwhile, the grouting material is quick in setting and hardening, high in early strength, high in volume stability, high in bonding strength and quick in hydration heat release, the anchoring effect can be effectively improved, and the construction time can be effectively shortened; in addition, hydration heat release is fast, and construction can be conducted under the negative temperature condition.
