Recycled concrete veneer and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of recycled veneers, in particular to a recycled concrete veneer and a preparation method thereof. The recycled concrete veneer is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of cement, 0.05 to 0.20 part of fly ash, 0.08 to 0.2 part of mineral powder, 0.03 to 0.08 part of silica fume, 2.0 to 4.5 parts of recycled fine aggregate, 1.0 to 3.5 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 0.01 to 0.035 part of water reducing agent, 0.01 to 0.04 part of shrinkage reducing agent, 0.01 to 0.03 part of defoaming agent and 0.48 to 0.64 part of water. The particle size of the recycled fine aggregate is smaller than that of the recycled coarse aggregate; and the recycled fine aggregate and the recycled coarse aggregate are prepared from building (structure) waste. By means of the recycled concrete veneer, reutilization of construction waste is achieved, and the purposes of energy conservation, environmental protection, harmlessness and recycling are achieved.
