According to the device and the method, the steel structure blocks are spliced on the ground, a large crane is adopted for overall hoisting, a chain block is adopted on the side face to be matched with a sliding rail for traction in place, the positions of lifting hooks of the crane are synchronously adjusted, the mounting efficiency can be effectively improved, labor and time cost is saved on, and the construction progress is guaranteed; besides, a steel structure is spliced on the ground, so that mounting workers can be prevented from positioning and welding steel components in the air, the risk of high-altitude operation is reduced, and the structural mounting precision is also improved; and the many defects that at present, a crown-shaped steel structure awning is mounted in a split mode are overcome.
本发明提供了一种有障碍倾斜钢结构分块安装方法,属于建筑工程技术领域;其中装置包括用于将钢结构分块安装至混凝土结构上;包括用于起吊钢结构分块的起吊装置、以及连接混凝土结构与钢结构分块的牵引装置;所述钢结构分块通过牵引装置和起吊装置同时左右移动和上下移动,实现与所述混凝土结构的安装连接。本发明采取钢结构分块地面进行拼装,大型吊机进行整体起吊,侧面采取手拉葫芦配合滑轨牵引就位、吊机吊钩位置同步调整,可以有效提升安装效率,节约人力和时间成本,保障施工进度。此外,在地面完成钢结构拼装可以避免安装工人在空中进行钢构件定位、焊接作业,减小高空作业风险,也提高了结构安装精度。克服当下“冠型”钢结构罩棚采用散装安装方法的诸多不足。
