The invention provides a safer outer blade and side column heterogeneous lock. The safer outer blade and side column heterogeneous lock comprises a lock shell, a lock cylinder, a key hole, a pin tumbler hole, a pin tumbler spring, a pin tumbler, an outer blade groove, an outer blade, an outer blade groove opening, an outer blade spring, a side column groove and a side column; a hole inner ring right-angle protrusion is arranged at the end, intersecting with the key hole, of the pin tumbler hole, and the height of the hole inner ring right-angle protrusion is larger than that of the key hole; a matched annular cylinder is arranged at the end, making contact with the hole inner ring right-angle protrusion of the pin tumbler hole, of the pin tumbler, the outer blade groove opening formed in the outer blade and other parts of the outer blade form an outer blade barrier, and the outer blade groove where the outer blade is located is provided with an outer blade groove barrier matched with the outer blade barrier; and an annular chute is formed in the other end, provided with the annular cylinder, of the pin tumbler. Due to the adoption of the structural design, the hole inner ring right-angle protrusion of the pin tumbler hole and the annular cylinder of the pin tumbler form hinder, meanwhile, the annular chute in the other end of the pin tumbler strengthens the hinder to technical nondestructive detection of the opening change of the pin tumbler, the outer blade groove barrier and the outer blade barrier form the barrier, thus the opening change of the pin tumbler and the outer blade in the outer blade side column heterogeneous lock can be detected through the space between the pin tumbler hole and the pin tumbler and the space between the outer blade groove and the outer blade by using a method except for a key, so that the outer blade side column heterogeneous lock has better safety performance.
