The device comprises a conversion assembly, a switching driving assembly, mounting assemblies, adjusting assemblies, driving assemblies and cutting assemblies, wherein the switching driving assembly is fixedly connected to the right side of the conversion assembly, the conversion assembly and the switching driving assembly are in meshing transmission, the two mounting assemblies are both slidably connected to the conversion assembly, the left end and the right end of the conversion assembly are both rotationally connected with the adjusting assemblies, the two adjusting assemblies are in threaded transmission with the conversion assembly, the driving assemblies are fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the conversion assembly correspondingly, the two driving assemblies are in meshing transmission with the two adjusting assemblies correspondingly, and each two cutting assemblies are fixedly connected to each of the two mounting assemblies.
