Quick-assembly plastering-free aerated concrete slab and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a quick-assembly plastering-free aerated concrete slab. The reinforcement of the connection strength of the concave-convex groove connection part of the aerated concrete slab is realized by locally reinforcing and optimizing the design of a built-in reinforcement mesh cage of the aerated concrete slab; a special cutter is designed and machined on the front portion of a transverse cutting steel wire, a groove with the size of 8 * 50 * (50-600) mm and a groove used for installation of a U-shaped steel clamp and adhesion of alkali-resisting glass fiber gridding cloth are machined in the end of aerated concrete in the width direction, three technical breakthroughs of rapid installation, crack prevention and plastering-free are achieved through machining of the groove type, and the engineering technical problems that an aerated concrete slab is low in construction efficiency, high in plastering cost and prone to cracking in the later period are solved; and for engineering projects which do not need to be paved with gridding cloth, U-shaped steel clamp rapid installation grooves are machined only in the connection portions of aerated concrete slabs and main body structures such as beams and columns, so that the installation efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种快装免抹灰加气混凝土板的制备方法,通过对加气混凝土板内置钢筋网笼进行局部加强优化设计,实现了加气混凝土板凹凸槽连接部位的连接强度加强。通过在横切钢丝前部设计加工专用刀具,在加气混凝土端部延宽度方向加工出8*50*(50‑600)mm的凹槽,用于U型钢卡的安装和耐碱玻纤网格布的粘贴的凹槽,通过上述槽型的加工实现快速安装、裂纹防治、免抹灰三项技术突破,解决了加气混凝土板施工效率低、抹灰成本高、后期易开裂的工程技术难题。对不需要通过铺贴网格布的工程项目,仅通过在加气混凝土板与梁、柱等主体结构连接部位,加工出U型钢卡快速安装凹槽以提高安装效率。
