The invention discloses a building scaffold and a manufacturing method thereof. The building scaffold comprises a scaffold body, a base, a pulley yoke and a bolt, wherein the bottom of the scaffold body is fixedly connected with the base; the pulley yoke is arranged outside the base; the pulley yoke and the base are connected through a rotating shaft; a pin hole is formed outside the base; the bolt is connected outside the pulley yoke in an inserting manner; the bolt is inserted into the pin hole; a bearing plate is arranged on the top of the scaffold body; and a protective frame is arranged on the top of the bearing plate. The building scaffold is divided into the scaffold body and the bearing plate, so that production operations of the two parts can be finished in advance in the manufacturing process, and the scaffold body and the bearing plate are transported to a construction site to be assembled. Therefore, the assembled use effect is achieved, and the building scaffold is very convenient to use.
