The invention discloses a construction method for installing a steel column in place and quickly adjusting an axis position. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, fine adjustment auxiliary parts are manufactured before a steel column is hoisted, the fine adjustment auxiliary parts are used for being symmetrically placed on the upper edge of a concrete cup opening, and a jack is placed on the inner sides of the upper parts of the fine adjustment auxiliary parts; the steel column is hoisted in place by using a hoisting machine, and a column foot of the steel column is located into the concrete cup opening; the side wall of the steel column is supported by one end of a horizontally-arranged jack, and the fine adjustment auxiliary parts are supported by the other end of the jack; the jack is slowly adjusted to push the steel column to move, so that the axis position confirmation error of the steel column is within a standard allowable range; a gap between the steel column and the concrete cup opening is tightly jacked and compacted in time through a steel wedge manufactured in advance; and finally, the steel column is put down by a crane, and grouting treatment is carried out on the concrete cup opening. The problem of how to quickly and accurately adjust the axis position after the steel column is in place is solved, and the overall installation progress of a steel structure is guaranteed; and meanwhile, the construction progress is accelerated, and manpower and material resources are saved.
本发明公开了一种钢柱安装就位快速调整轴线位置施工方法,先在钢柱吊装之前制作精调辅助件,用于对称放置在混凝土杯口上沿,精调辅助件的上部内侧放置千斤顶;采用起重机械将钢柱吊装就位,即钢柱柱脚坐落至混凝土杯口内;用水平放置的千斤顶的一端顶住钢柱的侧壁,用千斤顶的另一端顶住精调辅助件;缓慢调节千斤顶,推动钢柱进行移动,使钢柱的轴线位置确认误差在规范允许范围之内;及时用提前制作好的钢楔子将钢柱与混凝土杯口之间的间隙顶紧压实;最后吊车将钢柱放下,再对混凝土杯口进行灌浆处理。本发明解决了钢柱就位后如何进行快速准确调整轴线位置的问题,保证了钢结构整体的安装进度,同时也加快了施工进度,节省了人力、物力。
