In the construction process, firstly, the high-pressure jet grouting pile waterproof curtain is constructed, and then the upside-down hanging well composite foundation, the pipeline composite foundation and the upside-down hanging well main body are sequentially constructed; and finally, the newly-built inspection well is poured in the upside-down hanging well main body.
