The invention discloses a concrete upside-down hanging well suitable for saturated sand. The concrete upside-down hanging well comprises a high-pressure jet grouting pile water stop tent, a concrete upside-down hanging well body, a pipeline compaction grouting composite foundation, an upside-down hanging well compaction grouting composite foundation, a current water supply and drainage pipeline and the like; the pipeline compaction grouting composite foundation is arranged at the position, located at a newly-built jacking pipe, of the outside of the concrete upside-down hanging well body, and the upside-down hanging well compaction grouting composite foundation is arranged at the bottom of the concrete upside-down hanging well body; and outer sleeves are arranged at the junctions between the current water supply and drainage pipeline as well as the newly-built jacking pipe and the concrete upside-down hanging well body separately, and a newly-built inspection well is arranged in the concrete upside-down hanging well body. The invention further discloses a construction method of the structure. According to the upside-down hanging well suitable for the saturated sand and the construction method thereof, the upside-down hanging well compaction grouting composite foundation is adopted for effectively sealing a bottom plate of the concrete upside-down hanging well body, underground water is isolated from the upside-down hanging well, and therefore smooth construction is guaranteed; and meanwhile, according to the construction method, the construction cost is reduced, the foundation bearing capacity is improved, and the integrity and strength of the whole structure are enhanced.
