Method for preparing heat-resistant fiber composite aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid aerogel
The invention provides a method for preparing heat-resistant fiber composite aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid aerogel. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a silicon dioxide sol prefabricated solution; step 2, preparing an alumina sol prefabricated solution; step 3, preparing aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid sol; step 4, treating the fiber preform; step 5, preparing composite gel; step 6, aging the composite gel; step 7, solvent replacement; and step 8, freeze drying. Replacing an original solvent in the heat-resistant fiber composite aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid gel with a mixed solvent of tert-butyl alcohol and water in a preferable proportion, and then carrying out pre-freezing and vacuum freeze-drying treatment on the heat-resistant fiber composite aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid gel subjected to solvent replacement by using a refrigerator and a freeze dryer respectively; finally, the heat-resistant fiber composite aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide hybrid aerogel which is good in integrity, high in specific surface area, good in adiabaticity and excellent in heat stability is prepared.
本发明提供了一种制备耐热纤维复合氧化铝‑二氧化硅杂化气凝胶的方法,包括:步骤1、配置二氧化硅溶胶预制液;步骤2、配置氧化铝溶胶预制液;步骤3、配置氧化铝‑二氧化硅杂化溶胶;步骤4、纤维预制体处理;步骤5、制备复合凝胶;步骤6、复合凝胶陈化;步骤7、溶剂置换;步骤8、冷冻干燥。利用优选比例的叔丁醇与水混合溶剂置换耐热纤维复合氧化铝‑二氧化硅杂化凝胶中的原溶剂后,分别使用冷柜和冻干机对溶剂置换后的耐热纤维复合氧化铝‑二氧化硅杂化凝胶进行预冻和真空冷冻干燥处理,最终制备出完整性好、比表面积高、绝热性好、热稳定性优异的耐热纤维复合氧化铝‑二氧化硅杂化气凝胶。
