The invention discloses an asphalt pavement compactness detection method, which comprises the following steps of: scanning the appearance of each structural layer of a pavement by adopting a laser scanner, respectively scanning the upper part and the lower part of the same asphalt pavement structural layer to obtain corresponding point cloud coordinates (xi, yi and zi) and (xi, yi and zo), determining a test road section by combining a construction process, and knowing the paving thickness H0 and the initial paving compactness K0 of the asphalt pavement structural layer. The compaction degree calculation method only related to the compaction thickness of different construction road sections can be obtained through calculation of a series of algorithms, the compaction degree detection precision is effectively improved, and the construction quality of the construction full section is controlled. According to the detection method, the randomness of postmortem coring detection is reduced, quality control of the construction process is achieved, and social benefits and economic benefits are remarkable.
本发明公开了一种沥青路面压实度检测方法,采用激光扫描仪对路面各结构层表观进行扫描,对同一沥青路面结构层上下分别扫描,得到对应的点云坐标(xi,yi,zi)及(xi,yi,zo),结合施工工艺确定试验路段,已知沥青路面结构层的摊铺厚度H0,初始摊铺压实度K0。通过系列算法计算可得到不同施工路段仅与压实厚度相关的压实度计算方法,有效提高压实度检测精度,实现施工全断面施工质量把控。本发明的检测方法降低事后取芯检测的随机性,实现施工过程质量把控,社会效益与经济效益显著。
