The invention relates to the technical field of ultrahigh pressure equipment, in particular to an asphalt pavement compactness detection method based on fuzzy control, the method is realized by additionally arranging a device on a vibratory roller, the device comprises an acquisition module, a positioning module, a power supply module and an upper computer, the acquisition module comprises a vibration acceleration sensor and an infrared temperature measurement sensor, the vibration acceleration sensor is provided with a magnetic adsorption base, is directly adsorbed on a central line of a front steel wheel shaft body and a rear steel wheel shaft body of the vibratory roller and is kept static relative to the vibratory roller, and the infrared temperature measurement sensor is mounted on the side edge of a vehicle body of the vibratory roller and is vertical to the ground. The acquisition module, the positioning module, the power supply module and the upper computer are additionally arranged on the vibratory roller, acquisition of parameters of the vibratory press is achieved, the fuzzy controller is used for processing the parameters of the vibratory press, nondestructive testing of the compaction degree of the asphalt pavement is achieved, and the detection precision is high.
本发明涉及超高压设备技术领域,尤其为一种基于模糊控制的沥青路面压实度检测方法,通过在振动压路机上加装装置实现该方法,装置包括采集模块、定位模块、供电模块和上位机,采集模块包括振动加速度传感器和红外测温传感器,其中,振动加速度传感器带有磁性吸附底座,直接吸附在振动压路机前后钢轮轴体中心线上,与振动压路机保持相对静止,红外测温传感器安装在振动压路机的车体侧边,与地面相垂直。本发明利用在振动压路机上加装采集模块、定位模块、供电模块和上位机,实现对振动压力机各参数的采集,利用模糊控制器对振动压力机各参数进行处理,实现对沥青路面压实度的无损检测,检测精度高。
