The method comprises the following steps of bin dividing, wherein before mass concrete is poured, the mass concrete is divided into a plurality of pouring layers in the height direction; cooling pipe pre-burying, wherein before each pouring layer is poured, a cooling pipe is pre-buried in the pouring layer; temperature measuring assembly pre-burying, wherein a plurality of temperature measuring sensors are uniformly distributed in the pouring layer; pouring; curing; and post-processing, wherein the pouring layer is continuously cured until the pouring layer reaches the design strength, and then pouring and curing of the next pouring layer are carried out. The method has the effect of conveniently improving the curing effect of the mass concrete.
