The invention discloses a multilayer composite floor slab for a building and a construction method of the multilayer composite floor slab. The multilayer composite floor slab for the building comprises a precast concrete slab, a cast-in-place concrete slab and a precast cement fiberboard, wherein the two opposite side surfaces of the precast concrete slab are respectively provided with outwards protruding horizontal reinforcing bars A; the cast-in-place concrete slab is arranged on the upper portion of the prefabricated concrete slab and formed in a cast-in-place mode; the cast-in-place concrete slab covers a steel bar truss protruding out of the prefabricated concrete slab; and one or a plurality of through grooves A are transversely or longitudinally formed in the cast-in-place concrete slab; the bottom of the cement fiberboard is provided with through grooves B matched with the through grooves A in the cast-in-place concrete slab; water and electricity pipelines are arranged in a cavity formed by the through grooves A and the through grooves B; outwards extending horizontal reinforcing bars B are respectively arranged at the two sides, corresponding to the prefabricated concrete slab, of the cement fiberboard; and stirrups are arranged between the horizontal reinforcing steel bars A and the horizontal reinforcing steel bars B, are manufactured to present U shapes in advance and are welded on I-shaped steel beams.
