The invention discloses a fixing structure of a middle-buried steel-edge water stop belt and a construction method. The fixing structure comprises the steel-edge water stop belt, telescopic fixing devices and structural steel bars; and the steel-edge water stop belt is arranged in the structural steel bars and fixed through the telescopic fixing devices. The construction method comprises the steps that 1, the mounting position of the steel-edge water stop belt is determined; 2, the telescopic fixing devices are arranged at the upper portions and the lower portions of the two ends of the steel-edge water stop belt correspondingly, and the telescopic fixing devices are tightly connected with the structural steel bars by adjusting the tightness degrees of tightness fixing rotary knobs of the telescopic fixing devices; 3, bases of steel plates of the telescopic fixing devices reach the fixing position of the steel-edge water stop belt by adjusting telescopic rotary knobs; and 4, the steel-edge water stop belt is placed. The fixing device is easy to operate, the working procedure is simple and fast, the working time is saved, and the engineering quality can be guaranteed.
