The invention relates to a steel casing guide device and a using method thereof. The device comprises a plurality of height-adjustable supporting assemblies and a multi-layer positioning frame arranged on the supporting assemblies, wherein the multi-layer positioning frame comprises a plurality of positioning frame bodies which are sequentially and horizontally arranged at intervals and height-adjustable supporting stand columns vertically arranged between the adjacent positioning frame bodies; each positioning frame body comprises a plurality of guide supports and horizontal connecting pipes, wherein the guide supports and the horizontal connecting pipes are sequentially connected to form a regular polygon; each guide support comprises a first branch pipe and a second branch pipe which are arranged in an included angle mode and are hollow inside; each horizontal connecting pipe is movably arranged between the corresponding first branch pipe and the second branch pipe of the adjacent guide support; and a positioning assembly used for making contact with the circumferential surface of a steel casing is inwards arranged in the middle of each horizontal connecting pipe. The supporting assemblies are connected with the positioning frame body located on the bottommost portion. Compared with the prior art, the steel casing guide device is suitable for various steel casings with different diameters, using is convenient, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明涉及一种钢护筒导向装置及其使用方法,装置包括多个高度可调的支撑组件以及设于支撑组件上的多层定位框架,所述多层定位框架包括多个依次间隔水平设置的定位框架以及竖直设于相邻的定位框架之间并高度可调的支撑立柱,所述定位框架包括多个依次连接形成正多边形的导向支架和水平连接管,所述导向支架包括呈夹角设置并内部中空的第一支管和第二支管,所述水平连接管可移动地设于第一支管和相邻导向支架的第二支管之间,所述水平连接管的中间位置处向内设有用于与钢护筒周向表面相接触的定位组件,所述支撑组件和位于最下方的定位框架相连接。与现有技术相比,本发明适用于多种不同直径的钢护筒,使用方便,降低施工成本,提高施工进度。
