The lake water sludge cleaning device comprises a ship body, the ship body is slidably connected with a sludge pumping barrel, and a pump body is connected into the sludge pumping barrel. The bottom of the sludge pumping barrel is connected with a telescopic pipe, the bottom of the telescopic pipe is connected with a pipe body, a stirring device is arranged in the pipe body, and an annular groove is formed in the bottom of the pipe body in the circumferential direction. A plurality of groups of sealing columns are slidably connected into the groove and are closely and adjacently arranged, and the tops of each group of sealing columns are connected with the top of the inner wall of the groove through a group of springs. The top of the ship body is provided with a sludge settling area, one side of the sludge settling area is provided with a permeation area, and one side of the permeation area extends out of the ship body through a drainage pipe. A controller is arranged in a control chamber and is in control connection with the pump body, a driving device and the stirring device respectively.
