The invention relates to the technical field of electromechanical equipment, and discloses a tile flatness automatic detection and horizontal correction device. The device comprises a shell; a semicircular shell is movably connected inside the shell; a counterweight ball is movably connected inside the semicircular shell; a limiting assembly is movably connected inside the shell; a T-shaped rod is slidably connected inside the shell; the interior of the shell is fixedly connected with a direct illuminating lamp; and the interior of the shell is fixedly connected with a photosensitive assembly. Through mutual cooperative use of the shell, the semicircular shell, the balance weight ball, the limiting assembly, the T-shaped rod, the direct illuminating lamp and the photosensitive assembly, the device is placed on the surface of a ceramic tile to be detected; the effect of automatically detecting the flatness of the ceramic tile can be achieved through automatic operation of the above mechanisms; manual detection is not needed, so that a detection result is more accurate; and meanwhile, the follow-up correction mechanism can be triggered to operate according to the deviation degree of the flatness of the ceramic tile, so that the cost is saved and the use requirement in actual situation is better met.
