The invention provides a swing type rack rail single turnout. The swing type rack rail single turnout comprises a switch part, a rack rail conversion part and a frog and guard rail part which are sequentially arranged in the vehicle advancing direction. A curved switch rail, a linear switch rail and a herringbone rack structure of the switch part are sequentially arranged between a straight stock rail and a curved stock rail. A straight protection guide rail of the toothed rail conversion part is butted with a straight stock rail, and a curved protection guide rail is butted with a curved stock rail. The swinging mechanism straight rack is connected with a lateral swinging steel rail. The swing mechanism lateral rack is connected with the straight swing steel rail. The straight guard rails of the frog and guard rail part are connected to the inner sides of the straight guard guide rails. The lateral guard rails are connected to the inner sides of the curved guard guide rails.
