The invention relates to an intelligent water inlet and drainage device for farmland. The intelligent water inlet and drainage device for the farmland comprises a power cabin assembly, a base assembly, a control device and a driving device, wherein the base assembly is mounted at one end of the power cabin assembly; the control device is mounted at the other end of the power cabin assembly and is electrically connected with the driving device; the base assembly is provided with a water inlet and drainage channel; the driving device is connected to the control device in a sliding manner; elastic pre-tightening force is formed between the driving device and the control device; the driving device does telescopic motion relative to the power cabin assembly; the water inlet and drainage channel is positioned in the telescopic direction of the driving device; and the driving device continues to extend after closing the water inlet and drainage channel until the driving device moves towards the direction of the control device for a first distance.
