The invention discloses a phosphonic acid group-containing polycarboxylic acid water reducer and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the polymer in the polycarboxylic acid water reducer has a comb-shaped macromolecular structure, is rich in carboxyl/phosphonic acid adsorption groups, and contains a polyether side chain which is the same as that of a conventional polycarboxylic acid water reducer; a comb-shaped polymer containing carboxylic acid and halogen groups in a molecular chain is obtained through free radical copolymerization of an unsaturated polyether monomer, an unsaturated halogen monomer and a carboxylic acid monomer, then amino groups obtained through reaction of the halogen groups and amino groups are subjected to phosphonic acid modification and are converted into phosphonic acid groups, and finally the polymer containing the carboxylic acid and phosphonic acid groups is obtained; the polycarboxylic acid water reducer disclosed by the invention is high in water-reducing rate and good in slump retaining performance, has high adaptability to raw materials such as a cement adhesive material, gravel aggregate and the like used by concrete, and can effectively reduce the viscosity of the high-strength concrete; and the preparation method has the advantages of simple production process, capability of adopting a one-pot method, continuous production, high production efficiency, low cost, no use of an organic solvent, greenness, environmental protection and easiness in realization of large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种含膦酸基聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法。本发明所述聚羧酸减水剂中的聚合物具有梳形高分子结构，富含羧基/膦酸基两种吸附基团，并含有与常规聚羧酸减水剂相同的聚醚侧链；通过不饱和聚醚单体、不饱和卤素单体及羧酸单体自由基共聚得到分子链中含有羧酸和卤素基团的梳形聚合物，随后卤素基团与胺基反应得到的胺基基团膦酸改性转化为膦酸基团，最终得到含有羧酸和膦酸基团的聚合物。本发明所述聚羧酸减水剂减水率高、保坍性能好；对混凝土所用的水泥胶材、砂石骨料等原材料的适应性强，可有效降低高强混凝土的粘度；生产工艺简单，可采用一锅法、连续化生产，生产效率高，成本低，此外不使用有机溶剂，绿色环保，易于实现规模化生产。
