The invention provides a guide beam mounting structure and method for incremental launching construction of a steel box beam, the rear end of a guide beam is welded to the front end of the steel box beam, the two sides of the top of the rear end of the guide beam and the two sides of the top of the front end of the steel box beam are each welded with at least two reinforcing devices in the longitudinal direction, and each reinforcing device comprises two reinforcing plates which are vertically arranged and parallel to each other; a bayonet is formed from the middle to the bottom of each reinforcing plate, a connecting plate is welded to each of the two sides of the two reinforcing plates, and a profile steel reinforcing beam is inserted into the bayonets of the reinforcing devices on the same side of the guide beam and the steel box beam in a penetrating mode. When the guide beam is installed and constructed, the preliminary fixation of the guide beam is achieved through the reinforcing device, then welding construction of the guide beam and the steel box beam is conducted, a support does not need to be erected, the cost can be saved, and the installation speed can be increased. The reinforcing devices and a welding structure are stressed together, and the connection reliability of the guide beam and the steel box beam can be improved.
