The invention discloses a guide beam for bridge incremental launching construction and a mounting structure, the guide beam comprises two groups of beam main bodies arranged in parallel and a truss connected between the two groups of beam main bodies, each beam main body comprises a plurality of beam segments and Y-shaped beams which are detachably connected in sequence from front to back, and the forked ends of the Y-shaped beams are used for being fixed with a steel box beam; and the other end of the connecting rod is detachably connected with the rearmost beam section in the plurality of beam sections. Compared with the prior art, the connection strength can be improved through fixing of the Y-shaped beam, the stability of the guide beam is improved, and it can still be guaranteed that connection between the guide beam and the steel box beam does not lose efficacy under the conditions that the length of the guide beam is increased and the weight of the guide beam is increased.
