Fabricated steel guide beam structure for incremental launching construction of steel structure bridge
The invention discloses a fabricated steel guide beam structure for incremental launching construction of a steel structure bridge. The device comprises a steel guide beam, a parallel connection inclined strut, a flange plate and a bolt group. The pushing construction assembly type steel guide beam structure has four control key points, namely, the distance between guide beam structures of each truss of a single cantilever is adjustable, the distance between standard sections between transverse guide beams is adjustable, the splicing length in the bridge direction is adjustable, and all components are connected in a bolted mode through flanges and steel plate bolts. In order to reduce the dead weight of the guide beam and meet the pushing construction requirements of the steel beam, the I-shaped guide beam is designed and adopted, the root is welded with the steel beam, and the front end of the guide beam is of a pier-passing design boss structure. Before the guide beams are installed, the distance between the guide beams on the single side and the single side is adjusted according to the width of a steel beam web or a box chamber, the guide beams are connected through steel pipe flanges in a parallel connection mode, a first section is welded to base metal through a gantry or a truck crane, and the number of the guide beam sections of the middle section is arranged according to the span distance of pushing via holes; the guide beam trusses are in butt joint through flange head steel pipe bolts, and the guide beam segments are in rapid butt joint through high-strength bolts after holes are formed in externally-attached steel plates. The fabricated guide beam is suitable for incremental launching construction processes of various steel structures, steel-concrete structures, steel-HUPC structures and other different structures and different linear conditions. The fabricated guide beam structure is good in mechanical property, high in fabricated degree, safe in construction, reusable and high in turnover efficiency, and the engineering cost is effectively reduced.
